=== 7666: Unrest in the North ===
The north-western region, particularly Kakluncor and Tricor, experienced increased instability. The government deployed additional soldiers, triggering the emergence of three opposing factions—the peaceful New Orderist Party (NOP) advocating for new laws and the radical New Orderist Contract (NOC) and the Nestorian Imperial Party (NIP). The Stolvic Commonwealth supported the New Orderist Contract to destabilize Nestor and promote Orderism. The Nestorian government had the most trouble with the New Orderist Contract due to both the international influence and the attack against the nobel system that has been in place for centuries.
=== 7667-7668: Escalation and Rebellion ===
==== GEDI conspiracy ====
Unbeknownst to many, the Genetics & Experimental Drugs Institute (GEDI), situated far from the conflict zones in the capital, played a clandestine role. GEDI, with its covert experiments and genetic manipulations, fueled suspicions and conspiracy theories. Whispers about GEDI's involvement in manipulating political leaders and exacerbating social unrest circulated among the factions in the north. Rumors have been going around that the GEDI wants to establish an Eugenic state in Nestor. The New Orderist Contract (NOC) used the conspiracy theories to justify its terroristic actions against the Nestorian government. The GEDI denied any accusations and they advocated for the complete removal of the New Orderist Contract (NOC).
==== Divide of the NOC ====
The New Orderist Contract (NOC) increasingly got more aggressive against the Nestorian government even resulting in suicide bombing. The commanding structure of the New Orderist Contract (NOC) slowly started to have increasing disagreements. In 7668, the New Orderist Contract (NOC) split into three parties, Nestorian Orderist Rebellion (NOR) advocating for the complete removal of the nobility and a restructure of the government using the GEDI conspiracy theories. But the New Orderist Party (NOP) advocated for a stratified societal structure based on technocracy instead. The Nestorian Socialist Party (NSP) wanted nothing to do with the aggressive actions of the New Orderist Party (NOP) and especially the Nestorian Orderist Rebellion (NOR). The Nestorian Socialist Party (NSP) focused their efforts to get more progressive laws in the government like a restructuring of the voting system.
==== The losing NIP ====
As clashes intensified between the NIP, the NOP and the NOR, the Nestorian Imperial Party found itself at a disadvantage against the growing strength of the New Orderist Contract factions. The NOC's rebellion, particularly the NOR, gained momentum, challenging the government's control in the region. Nestorian Imperial Party sought refuge in state-controlled facilities, facing difficulties in holding its ground.
=== 7669-7675: The military conflict ===
==== The start ==== | |||
The year 7669 marked the beginning of open hostilities, with the Nestorian Conflict escalating into a full-fledged military conflict. The once picturesque landscapes of Nestor's northern coast became battlegrounds, echoing with the sounds of gunfire and the cries of the disenchanted.
==== Early Battles and Frontlines ====
The conflict quickly spread across the region, with key battles taking place in strategic locations. The south of the Hivik mountain range, relatively stable at the conflict's start, soon saw military movements as the government aimed to secure its northern territories. The Nestorian military faced the challenge of dealing with multiple factions, each with distinct goals and ideologies.
The Nestorian Imperial Party (NIP), once a dominant force, found itself on the defensive against the strength of the Nestorian Orderist Rebellion and the New Orderist Party (NOP). The Nestorian Orderist Rebellion (NOR) adopted guerrilla warfare tactics, utilizing the rugged terrain of the north to their advantage. The Nestorian Socialist Party (NSP) took a cautious approach, attempting to avoid direct confrontation while pushing for progressive reforms in the background.
==== Foreign Involvement and Stolvic Support ====
The Stolvic Commonwealth, aiming to further destabilize Nestor and spread its influence, openly supported the New Orderist Rebellion. Stolvic military equipment were funneled into Nestor, giving the NOR and the NOP a significant advantage. The conflict took on an international dimension, with Nestor becoming a proxy battleground between the Stolvic Commonwealth and those who opposed their expansionist ideals simply against the ideas to destabilize the nation. The Nestorian Navy with the help from Livaria went on joined missions to sieze supplies heading into Nestor. The navy of the Stolvic Commonwealth and Nestorian Navy with the help from Livaria almost exchanged fire but the internation community made sure that didn't happen in the XXX accords of 7670.
==== NOR's Strategies and Territorial Gains ====
The Nestorian Orderist Rebellion (NOR), despite its internal divisions, proved formidable on the battlefield. NOR forces utilized hit-and-run tactics, seizing control of key territories in the north. The Hivik mountain range, once a natural barrier, became a contested zone as the rebels sought to expand their influence southward. In 7670 the NOR took over the Veclar military base, giving them a lot of military equipment. This was needed because the NOR could no longer rely on the Stolvic Commonwealth for supplies. Later in the conflict the NOR managed to commit terrorists attacks on below the Hivik mountains the biggest attacks are in between 7671 and 7674. The largest terrorist attack done by the NOR costed almost 1100 lives in Lioc.
==== NOP's Technocratic Vision ====
The New Orderist Party (NOP), advocating for a stratified societal structure based on technocracy, focused on capturing intellectual centers and technological facilities. This faction aimed to reshape Nestor's governance based on merit and technological advancement. Their clashes with government forces often revolved around control of research and education institutions.
==== NSP's Push for Progressive Reforms ====
The Nestorian Socialist Party (NSP), distancing itself from the more aggressive actions of the NOP and NOR, concentrated on diplomatic efforts and civil society engagement. The NSP sought international support for their vision of a more progressive Nestor, emphasizing social and economic reforms.
==== NIP's efforts ====
The Nestorian Imperial Party (NIP) fought hard against mostly the NOR suffering high casualties on both sides. The NIP was supplied by the Nestorian army and the NOR got suplies from the SOC and the Veclar military base. The NIP started as a party that wanted to increase the power of the nobiliy but during the conflict the party alligned themselves with the government fighting to holg the status quo. The NIP sought to destroy the NOR until there was not a single member left.
=== 7675: Turning Tides ===
As the conflict entered its sixth year, Nestor found itself at a critical point. The Nestorian government, backed by the NIP and most international communities, managed to push back against the NOR in certain regions. However, the influence of the former NOC factions, fueled by Stolvic support, continued to pose a significant threat to the stability of Nestor. The war had taken a toll on the northern region of the nation, with the death toll rising to almost 80 thousand, infrastructure crumbling. The Nestorian government succesfully convinced the people that the Nestorian ideals were not in danger and the nation had survived a uncertain time. Even though the NOR still are doing terrorist actions, the nation is back to being stable and united. The NIP were seen as heroes with the government goften fast lands in the north to the NIP as repayment. The NIP got their own state known as Anibar which includes the Pencol Nature Reserve in control of the GEDI for their experimental drugs and attempt to a make an Eugenic community.

Pre-historic Era (0 - 3603 RH)
The island of Nestor Mayor was inhabited by a people referred to as the Nestalics, though their true tribal name is lost due to the absence of written records. Initially nomadic hunters, the Nestalics were introduced to agriculture and mainland Anarian technologies, which gradually advanced their society. By 2278 RH, the first feudal kingdoms—Jung, Erapo, and Giondo—were recorded. The earliest continuous written records, dating to 3578 RH, mention additional kingdoms like Centil, Cultar, Radir, Ravnar, and Remonir.
In 3603 RH, a war erupted between the kingdoms of Erapo and Ravnar. The conflict culminated in the fall of Ravnar after the decisive battles of Eran and Savol (3612-3617 RH). King Alak of Ravnar resisted with brutal tactics, while King Garises III of Erapo ultimately prevailed, enslaving Ravnar's population and establishing a puppet regime under his son.
Lord History (3603 - 4139 RH)
In 3632 RH, traders from Anaria brought the Erecund religion to the Kingdom of Erapo, which was soon adopted by King Aron vil Era, transforming Erapo into the Erinic Empire. He aimed to unite all of Nestor under this new faith. This led to significant religious and political upheaval, including the founding of Astidil by refugees opposed to the Erecund faith in 3672 RH, and the creation of the Muncor Alliance by the Munc tribes to resist the Cultaric Empire's invasions in 3763 RH.
The Erinic Empire’s aggressive expansion continued, with its invasion of Remonir in 3753 RH, forcing the kingdom to convert to Erecund. In 3769 RH, the Erinic Empire conquered Giondo, a kingdom that also converted, though its populace faced religious repression. The Erinic Empire declared war on the Cultaric Empire and the Muncs in 3773 RH, leading to the fall of the Muncor Alliance and the forced conversion of its people by 3794 RH.
In subsequent years, the Erinic Empire expanded its influence further by conquering Centil in 3851 RH and exerting control over the Kingdom of Gragin. The Erinic Empire’s religious elite, dissatisfied with the Kingdom of Jung’s lax conversions, led an invasion in 3854 RH. This resulted in widespread purges and reforms aimed at maintaining stability across the empire. By 4033 RH, the suppression of religious diversity eased, and in 4098 RH, the Erinic Empire transitioned to a lord-based democracy, which further stabilized the realm.
Erinic Era (4239 - 5351 RH)
The Erinic Empire stabilized after centuries of turmoil, thanks to decentralization efforts that gave lords more autonomy, beginning with Baragozo IV of Giondo in 4139 RH. By 4216 RH, the empire was divided into 130 herdoms, including the elusive Heranica, hidden within the eroding Hivic Mountains. Expansion efforts continued, with Nester Minor and Spal Island annexed by 4233 RH, marking the start of the Erinic Golden Age (4219–4823 RH). This era saw prosperity until a devastating plague in 4824 RH, which decimated the population and triggered a crisis of faith.
Religious discontent grew, culminating in demands for religious freedom by 4829 RH, influenced by new religions from Anaria. Despite attempts to suppress these movements, the empire overreached when it engaged in costly religious wars alongside other Erecund nations (5001–5264 RH). Anarian forces eventually landed on Nestor Mayor in 5269 RH, further destabilizing the empire. In 5329 RH, the first lord defected, and by 5351 RH, all lords had abandoned the Erinic Empire. Although they remained faithful to the Erecund religion, the collapse of royal authority marked the end of the Erinic Empire, shaping Nestor's future trajectory.
Medieval Era (5351 - 7405 RH)
Following the fall of the Erinic Empire in 5351 RH, the island fragmented into nearly 500 regions, each ruled by a lord or religious leader. Power struggles ensued, and by 5354 RH, only 150 lords remained, each wielding roughly equal influence. Despite constant warfare and harsh societal norms, the population remained stable due to high birth rates and a rigid warrior culture that favored strong soldiers.
By 6691 RH, the lord of Giondo proposed a federated monarchy to unite the island and end the constant infighting. This idea was realized in 6809 RH when the Nestal Alliance, led by Bulgunzo I, reformed into the Nestoric Herdom. Under Bulgunzo I’s leadership, military reforms reduced death rates, and a less brutal warrior culture emerged. The Nestoric Herdom gradually expanded its influence over key regions by 7405 RH, facing its primary rival, the Domain of Narrac. At this point, only 15 herdoms remained on Nestor Mayor, 3 on Nester Minor, and a separate nation formed on Spal Island.
Renaissance Era (7405 - 7471 RH)
With the dominance of the Nestoric Herdom, Nestor Mayor experienced its first period of peace in centuries, allowing for necessary reforms. The industrial revolution began in 7443 RH in Rinnar, near Ricar, transforming the city into the industrial hub of the Herdom. By 7471 RH, economist Xar Mulca introduced the Land Value Tax System, which restructured the Nestorian tax system to be fairer, though lords retained significant tax-free lands. These developments laid the groundwork for future economic and social progress across the island.
Pan-Anarian War Era (7496 - 7552 RH)
The Pan-Anarian War Era began in 7496 RH with Wolgos raids on the Legar coast. By 7498 RH, they had established a foothold on Nestor Mayor, prompting the formation of the United Herdom Alliance to protect the island. Despite initial setbacks, including the invasion of Tricor, the alliance's improved military strategies allowed them to expel the Wolgos by 7502 RH. Although the conflict was bloody, the Nestorians did not harbor deep animosity toward the Wolgos, viewing the invasion as a harsh lesson.
From 7502 to 7520 RH, the Nestorian nations focused on recovery and modernization, anticipating future threats. These fears materialized with the emergence of Häverism in Hellreich. In 7521 RH, Häverists launched an invasion of Nestor Mayor, quickly gaining ground. Although Ricar's factories initially supplied the Nestorian war effort, the destruction of Ricar’s industrial sector in 7525 RH crippled the economy, leading to the fall of the United Herdom Alliance by 7526 RH.
The Nestorian people resisted fiercely, using underground networks and guerrilla tactics to harass Häverist forces. By 7530 RH, international support, particularly from Livaria, enabled the formation of organized rebel groups like the Sularic Rebels and Muncor Rebels. With smuggled weapons and supplies, they prolonged the resistance, and by 7535 RH, reduced Häverist presence on the island. In 7537 RH, rebels captured the Garion Robotikindustrie, rebranding it Garion Robotic Induxars and placing Felix Garion, a supporter of the rebellion, in charge.
By 7539 RH, the rebels had reclaimed vast territories, forcing the Häverists to retreat. In 7541 RH, the last Häverist forces left Nestor, restoring the island’s independence. The United Herdom Alliance, now reformed and more unified, allied with Livaria to continue the fight against Häverism. A great Häverist purge occurred in 7543 RH, eradicating all remnants of Häverist influence.
Reconstruction began in 7545 RH with Livarian aid, focusing on rebuilding the Ricar industrial sector, which became a hub of modern industrialization. The Garion Robotic Induxars (GRI) saw rapid growth by 7547 RH, spurring nationwide economic and technological advancement. Talks began in 7548 RH about maintaining the United Herdom Alliance as a permanent nation. In 7550 RH, the Nestoric Herdom was officially formed, though some regions, including Nestor Minor, Spal, and a few areas on Nestor Mayor, remained independent.
The Pan-Anarian War Era officially concluded in 7552 RH, marking the end of a transformative period in Nestorian history.
Unification Era (7559 - 7585 RH)
In 7559 RH, the Loons and Drinors, the last independent nations on Nestor Mayor, declared war. The conflict was brutal, marked by high casualties due to the use of advanced weaponry. By 7561 RH, both nations were pressured into peace talks by the growing power of the Nestoric Herdom. After extensive negotiations, the Loons and Drinors agreed to join the Herdom later that year.
From 7561 to 7567 RH, the Herdom began a broader unification process, negotiating with the nations of Spallar and Crontol, which officially joined in 7566 RH. This marked the end of isolationism for the Nestoric Herdom. For centuries, the isolation policy had limited foreign relations to prevent the influence of external religions. However, the recent wars demonstrated the necessity of engaging on the international stage. In 7567 RH, the Nestoric Herdom officially abandoned its isolationist stance, embracing diplomatic and economic interactions with the outside world.
Economic Era (7585 - 7659 RH)
The Second Wolgos War began in 7585 RH, but the Nestoric Herdom remained neutral, instead focusing on weapon production for allied nations like Livaria. This war triggered rapid economic growth, with Garion Robotic Induxars (GRI) becoming the fastest-growing company in Nestor. While concerns about a GRI monopoly arose, they were largely dismissed.
To sustain the economic boom, Nestor invested in internal competition among its 13 states. After the Wolgos Scourge ended in 7603 RH, Nestor expanded its international trade, forming alliances and deals with nations like Cassia, Livaria, Arvor, and continuing its trade with Atregonia. Between 7603 RH and 7659 RH, Nestor’s economy saw an unprecedented 592% growth.

The year 7669 marked the beginning of open hostilities, with the Nestorian Conflict escalating into a full-fledged military conflict. The once picturesque landscapes of Nestor's northern coast became battlegrounds, echoing with the sounds of gunfire and the cries of the disenchanted.
Early Battles and Frontlines
Foreign Involvement and Stolvic Support
NOR's Strategies and Territorial Gains
NOP's Technocratic Vision
The New Orderist Party (NOP), advocating for a stratified societal structure based on technocracy, focused on capturing intellectual centers and technological facilities. This faction aimed to reshape Nestor's governance based on merit and technological advancement. Their clashes with government forces often revolved around control of research and education institutions.
NSP's Push for Progressive Reforms
The Nestorian Socialist Party (NSP), distancing itself from the more aggressive actions of the NOP and NOR, concentrated on diplomatic efforts and civil society engagement. The NSP sought international support for their vision of a more progressive Nestor, emphasizing social and economic reforms.
NIP's efforts
The Nestorian Imperial Party (NIP) fought hard against mostly the NOR suffering high casualties on both sides. The NIP was supplied by the Nestorian army and the NOR got suplies from the SOC and the Veclar military base. The NIP started as a party that wanted to increase the power of the nobiliy but during the conflict the party alligned themselves with the government fighting to holg the status quo. The NIP sought to destroy the NOR until there was not a single member left.
7675: Turning Tides
Modern Era
x
Timeline in bulletpoints
Pre-historic era (0 - 3603)
- The island of Nestor Mayor has been inhabited for a long time. The people on the island were known as the Nestalic but this is because the real name of the tribe was lost due to a lack of written records. The Nestalics lived a simple life as nomads of the land and used fishing techniques. The Nestalics were introduced to farming and other technologies from the mainland of Anaria. This meant that even though Nestor was on an island, they still received technologies from the mainland.
- The first feudal kingdoms were being recorded in 2278 RH with the Kingdom of Jung, Kingdom of Erapo and the Kingdom of Giondo being the oldest.
- In 3578 RH, the first constant written records have been found with the mention of kingdoms of Centil, Cultar, Erapo, Giondo, Jung, Radir, Ravnar and Remonir.
- In 3603 RH was the recorded war between the kingdom of Erapo and Ravnar. Capital of Ravnar fell not long after 3612 RH after the battle of Eran. After the battle or Eran, the Ravnar-Erapo war continued a few more years with the king of Ravnar Alak refusing to surrender. Alak used deadly tactics in order to postone the fall of the kingdom leading to very high casualties. The king of Erapo Garises III did not back down from the deadly battle fought in the war. In 3617 the kingdom of Ravnar was finnally defeated at the battle of Savol. The kingdom of Ravnar made a puppet and given to Garises's second oldest son. Even though the region kept the name of Ravnar, Ravs in the former kingdom were enslaved and treated horribly.
Lord History (3603 - 4139)
- In 3632 RH traders from Anaria spread the Erecund religion to the kingdom of Erapo (the largest empire on the coast or Nester Mayor). The new king of Erapo, Aron vil Era, adopted the religion soon after and declared it the religion of the kingdom. In the name of the religion, Aron wanted to spread the Erecund religion to all of Nester under one flag, united by Erecund. He renamed his empire to the Erinic Empire.
- In 3672 RH the city of Astidill was founded, this city was made by refugees from the Erinic Empire who were not a fan of the Erecund religion. The lord of Calal was banished from the Erinic Empire due to unholy acts accroding to Erecund temple and fled to Astidil. City creation of Astidil was recieved positily by the Munc tribe that lived in the area. After a treaty was signed, the city of Astidil was allowed to stay as long as Muncs got technology to enter the farming era and Astidil helped in the war against the Cultaric Empire.
- In 3709 RH the Muncs started eight other kingdoms, all of them former tribes that settled down. Two tribes joined Astidil and four tribes spilt up to join different tribes and three tribes were defeated and enslaved during minor wars.
- In 3753 RH the Erinic Empire invaded Remonir and pushed them to the island of Treon. Soon after they were pushed to the island, an peace treaty was signed with an agreement that Remonir would convert to Erecund.
- In 3763 RH the Cultaric Empire started invading the new Muncanic tribal kingdoms starting with the invasion of Astidil. The Muncanic tribes created the Muncor alliance which all but one nation joined. The lord of Zalcun refused to joined due to the believe that it was en losing war for the Muncs. However in 3765, Giondo joined the alliance coming to the aid of Muncs. Zalcun joined the alliance in response but only a few month later, the Erinic Empire started invading Giondo. There was no alliance between the Cultaric Empire and the Erinic Empire but the Kingdom of Giondo fell rather quickly in 3769 RH. The Kingdom of Giondo was puppeted but because Giondo converted to Erecund, there were no large scale enslavements. However, Erinic was still extremely agressive with pushing the Erecund religion, often inprisoning people who believed anything else than Erecund. What happened to the religious prisoners is unknown but what is certain was Erinic prisons had a low survival rate.
- In 3773 RH the Erinic Empire declared war on both the Cultaric Empire and the remains of the Munc alliance. In 7381 RH, the king of Cultar was killed in battle leaving the remains of Cultaric Empire in chaos for years. Because of the chaos, The Erinic Empire focussed its effort on the Muncs.
- In 3794 RH the Munc alliance had fallen and the people were converted to Erecund with force. The Kingdom of Jung signed the treaty of Ertilan stating that the entire island Nester Mayor should be Erecund. The Kingdom of Junc agreed to convert Erecund just like the Erinic Empire demands.
- In 3842 RH the Erinic Empire continued with its expansion into the nation of Centil with the help of the Kingdom of Gragin whose daughter had married the second oldest son of the king of the Erinic Empire. The kingdom of Centil fell in 3851 RH and the king of Gragin died only one year later making the second oldest son of the king of the Erinic Empire lord of Gragin. The former king of Gragin was killed by an Erinic spy.
- In 3853 RH the religous elite of Erecund were not pleased with the mildness of Kingdom of Jung in their conversion efforts. In 3854 RH, the Erinic Empire invaded the Kingdom of Jung. The mountain region of the Kingdom of Jung in the eastern part of the kingdom was not invaded to do the harsh terrain. The Erinic Empire claimed the whole island to be theirs even though the hidden kingdom of Heranica was not found deep the Hivic mountians. The kingdom of Giondo stayed a puppet until 3862 RH and the Kingdom of Junc commited more to Erecund in order to be invaded by the Erinic Empire.
- The Erinic Empire started with heavy reforms and purges in order to keep the stability in the region. In 4033 RH the Erecund suppression was lessened and the empire became more stable.
- In 4098 RH the Erinic Empire became a lord based democracy further increasing stability.
Erinic era (4239 - 5351)
- The deadly history of the Erinic Empire was put straight in order to make the nation stable for a long time. Many stability programs were installed including giving the lords more power over their own land as long as they followed the Erecund religion. The Herdom of Giondo was the first to gain more power over its land with Baragozo IV convincing the king in 4139 RH.
- In 4216 RH the Erinic Empire was split into 130 Herdoms with one of these herdom including the nation of Heranica which still wasn't discovered at this point. Heranica stayed deep in the Hivic mountians which are made of stone that erode fast. This causes the region to have spiky mountains and underground sectors. These underground sectors were created by underground rivers that flowed past eroding the rocks aways. These caves were home to Hara bats which the people of these caves caught for food. These underground sectors also had large lakes with fish and these lakes were connected to the sea on the Legar coast and used as breeding ground of the Setar fish.
- In 4212 RH the Erinic Empire expanded to Nester Minor whose few tribes were still living a primative nomadic lifestyles. The sailing technology of the Erinic Empire was quite limited at the time due to their focus on the land force.
- In 4233 RH the Erinic Empire expanded to the island of Spal which was still uninhabited. On arrival, a fleet of ships sank and a few hundred people were stranded on the island. The island was large enough to sustain a population stayed on the island.
- The era between 4219 RH to 4823 RH are known as the Erinic golden age turning the Erinic Empire as one of the most powerful Erecund nations on Gotha.
- In 4824 Rh the island of Nester Mayor was struck by a large deadly plague impacting almost every corner of the island. The records about the deathtoll are uncertain but estimates put the deathtoll between 12% abnd 56%. The huge amount of death caused by this plague caused people of the Erinic Empire to question the power of Erecund gods.
- In 4829 RH the demand for more religous freedom caused a large divide among the people of the Erinic Empire. This demand was driven by the new religions the island was introduced by via the mainland of Anaria and the decreasing believe in the Erecund gods. The Erinic Empire struck down many of the attempts to bring new religions to the island.
- In 4945 RH the Erinic Empire looked more into Anaria to destroy the enemy religions from the origin however the Eric Empire overestimated its power.
- The Erinic Empire fought along side other Erecund nations in religious wars between 5001 RH and 5264 RH however the wars got increasingly more costly. The people pressured the Erinic Empire to pull out of Anaria due to the increasing pressence of enemy forces close the island. During these wars, the holy tablets of Erecund were threatened to be destroyed and they were cut into three and transported to the Erinic Empire for a period of time.
- The forces of Anarian relgions landed on Nester Mayor in 5269 RH and this caused massive unrest on the island of Nester Mayor. The Erinic Empire was forced to pull out of Anaria and defend the mainland. However on the way home, the army was struck down by an Anarian fleet. The loss of this army further caused panic among the people of Nester Mayor and the especially among the lords.
- In 5329 RH the first lord left the Erinic Empire and in 5351 RH all lords left the Erinic Empire. Even though the lords stayed loyal to the Erecund religion, they were no longer loyal to the royals of the Erinic Empire. The fall of the Erinic Empire shaped the course of the Nestoric island ever since. The lords kept out all the Anarian nations except other Erecund nations.
Medieval era (5351 - 7405)
- The nation split into almost 500 regions, all under a different lord or sometimes even a religious leader. The lords quickly started to see themselves as the true succesor to the Erinic Empire, the lords wanted to bring back the glory days of the old empire, from the golden age of stabilty and progress between 4219 RH and 4823 RH.
- The first wars were declared in 5351 RH mostly more powerful lords taking over weaker lords who didn't manage to gather enough power before the empire fell apart.
- In 5354 RH the weakest lords and religious leaders were taken over leaving the island with 150 lords with each one of them with about the same power. The reason for the equality in power per lords was done by the Empire for stability reasons but now it meant no lords could unite the island. A few nations that were destroyed by the Erinic Empire came back after the fall of the empire like the kingdom of Giondo and the Muncs.
- In 5387 RH many lords started to militarise a lot, creating defensive structures and recruting large armies. Every man who didn't have and important job had to server and all families had to offer their first born son to the lords armies. In order for the lords to wage more and more wars. Woman were obligated to bare as much children as possible, having 10 to 15 children per woman was not unheard of. The life expentency dropped far down due to the deathrate in wars, death during childbirth for both the mother and the baby and the harsh treatment of conquered lands. The wars fought between the lords was deadly for both sides, but because of the constant high birth rate, the population stayed stable. In order to keep the warriors motivated, the lords slowly promoted a warrior culture and some lords were very brutal with their ways of getting a large army, resources and food.
- Every fit man would serve in the military, if the soldier survived long enough, he was deemed worthy of a family. The wars provided for a type of natural selection that caused only the best soldiers to reproduce. This system caused a large surplus of women during this period. The strongest and most successful soldiers were allowed to retire and focus on raising a whole new generation of soldiers. This meant that a woman married to a soldier had an obligation to have as many children as possible. The women who didn’t get married to a soldier became dominant in the social services of the nation including basic education, nursing and caretaker. But due to the lack of men woman also had to work in the fields and they were treated quite poorly by their male overlords.
- Even though the lords fought many bloody wars, the lords would unite if the island was invaded by nations from foreign nation.
- After enduring centuries of unrelenting warfare, the alliance led by the lord of Giondo emerged as the predominant power on the island by 6691 RH. Recognizing the need for a more cohesive governance structure, the lord of Giondo proposed a revolutionary idea – transforming the island into a federated monarchy. This visionary approach aimed to replace the previous singular authority attempting to unify the island with a system where each lord retained autonomy over their respective lands, while adhering to common national laws and stop the endless infighting. After a period of times, the lords would vote for a new king and for safety reasons, it cannot be from the same herdom three times a row.
- The Nestal alliance led by Bulgunzo I was renamed to the Nestoric Herdom in 6809 RH and he called him the first king of Nestor. Bulgunzo I was known for his milder warrior culture with less harsh treatments of woman and soldiers. The survival of a warrior under most kings was about 5-15% but under Bulgunzo I it was between 30-70%. Still rough deathrates but much better than the competition. One of the way this ways achieved was allowing soldiers to ba able to retreat and not leaving behind the wounded.
- Bulgunzo I didn't live to see the day the island united under one lord because he died in 6836 RH. The Nestoric Herdom united most of the Sularic bay, the Ertilan peninsula and the Muncor coast in 7405 RH. The biggest rival of the Nestoric Herdom was the Domain of Narrac in the north-west. At this point there about 10 herdoms left on the island of Nester Mayor, 2 on Nester Minor and the people stuck on Spal created their own nation named Spaller.
Renaissance era (7405 - 7496)
- The island saw rest returning to Nestor Mayor for the first time in centuries with the Nestoric Herdom clearly winning out. Over the next two centuries the island was going to united. With the new found rest, the Nestoric Herdom had time to start some needed reform in the way the nation worked.
- The industrial revolution started in the region of Rinnar in the Nestoric Herdom in 7443 RH in the region now occupied by the Kakatels near Ricar. The city of Ricar invested heavily in the industry and factories and soon became the main industrial city of the Herdom.
- In 7471 RH the Land Value Tax System was introduced by economist Xar Mulca. The system did rework of the Nestorian tax system making it more fair for the people. It was not completely fair because the lords still kept a lot of their land tax free.
Pan-Anarian war era (7496 - 7552)
- In 7496 RH the Wolgos on the Dnkluwos Islands started small coastal raids on the Legar coast. The raids and plunder slowly increased in frequency and intensity and in 7498 RH controlling their first of land in the Nestorian island. Due to the promise since the fall of the Erinic Empire, the Nestorian island created the United Herdom Alliance to protect the island from these island. The Wolgos invasian caught the Nestorian nations off guard and the nation of Legar was close to being taken over. However, the rest of the Nestoric nations held strong in an attempt to slow the Wolgos down. The previous tatics the Nestorian nations used were ineffective fighting a large organized army of the Wol.
- Later in 7498 RH, the Wolgos started an invasion in the Herdom of Tricor which made it even harder for the Nestorians to effectively defend the nation.
- After many innovations in doctrines and more united warfare, the United Herdom Alliance kicked out the Wol but a great cost to human life.
- The Wolgos were officially pushed out by 7502 RH, after the United Herdom Alliance proved they were not a push-over like before. This made Wolgos pull out and focus their efforts somewhere else. The war between the Nestorian nations and the Wolgos did not cause the Nestorians to hate the Wolgos. Many lords during the warring lords periods who were friend went to war as a form of game, only enslaving the population if there was a true hatred. The Wolgos treatment of the conquered lands wasn't worse than the Nestorians did to themselves. The Nestorians were glad they got the wake up from the Wolgos and no deep hatred was rooted between the Nestorians and the Wolgos.
- Between 7502 RH and 7520 RH the Nestorian nations repaired the damages from the war and they attempted to modernize their armed forces and doctrines. Due to the increasing threat of outside power invading forces, the United Herdom Alliance was kept in place. During the same time a threat started emerging from Hellreich in the from of Häverism.
- In 7521 RH the Häverists started their invasion of Nester Mayor, eben though the Nestorian army was stronger then when they were fighting the Wolgos, the Häverists army made large gains on the island. The factory sector of Ricar was producing a massive amount of weapons, ammunition and other war materials keeping the Nestorian in the war. The Häverists aim was to destory the factory and kick Nestor out of the war.
- In 7525 RH the Ricarian factory sector was destroyed, crippling the Nestorian war economy.
- Only one year later in 7526 RH, the United Herdom Alliance and the other nations of Nester Mayor fell to the stronger Häverists army.
- The coming of these Häverists to Nestor was far from welcomed by the people of Nestor. Many Nestorians had guns and ammunition in their communal living places which they used to from a fierce resistance. The Nestorian tribal communities expanded their underground tunnel system, underground workshop and storages. This underground infrastructure made ocupying the Nestorian mainland very hard, especially in the Sularic bay region.
- Hanz Garion part of the Häverists regime in Nestor was tasked to rebuild the factory sector of Ricar in 7527 RH. He founded Garion Robotics Industries (Garion Robotikindustrie) which was tasks to produce weapons for the Häverists war effort.
- The rebels of Nestor made it increasingly harder for the Häverists to keep the island under their control however the Nestorian rebels couldn't fully kick out the Häverists without outside help. The rebels started to make international connections in order to get weapons to wage a full war against the Häverists.
- In 7530 RH the nation of Livaria started smuggling to the rebels, mostly to Barin, Elkinton, Hinlo, Mulcator, Giondo and Astidill. Two large groups were created, the Sularic Rebels and the Muncor Rebels but there were smaller rebels in Erin and Ribar.
- These supplies from outsiders kept the resistance figting for much longer than the Häverists hoped for. The Häverists at the same brought more industrial technology to the island, mostly to increase the out of the Garion Robotikindustrie factory. This factory is the most bombed place in Nestor due to its importance to the war efforts. These constants bombartments caused the Häverists to focus more on the industry in their land. This made the island of Nestor less important to the Häverists which cause the garrison on the island to decrease. This decrease gave an opening to the rebels in 7535 RH.
- The rebels took over the Garion Robotikindustrie in 7537 RH rebranding it to Garion Roboctic Induxars and putting Hanz's son, Felix Garion, in charge who supported the uprising.
- In 7539 RH, the rebels took over vasts land on Nester Mayor causing the Häverists to retreat to Hellreich at an increasing rate.
- In 7541 RH, the last remains of Häverists leave the island giving the Nestorian complete independence since 7496 RH.
- However the war against the Häverists wasn't over yet so the United Herdom Alliance (a more united variant this time) became allies with Livaria to help the war effort against the Häverists in the same year.
- In 7543 RH a great Häverists purge happend in Nestor remove all influence of Häverism from Nestor. The Häverists were often executed in all sort of ways. Due to the massive damage the Häverists caused the Nestorian hatred towards Helreich was high. The Nestorian people were proud of the Ricar industrial sector which the Häverists destroyed, something they never forgave.
- 7545 RH, the Livarian allies helped with the rebuilding of Nester Mayor, with a lot of resources going into the Ricarian factory sector or also known by GRI. The GRI supplied the nations of Nestor, Livaria and its allies with needed wart supplied. the factory was rebuild with the newest technologies at the name.
- In 7547 RH the GRI factory saw large growth helping the rest of nation to industrilise and the modern GRI concept was born to boost the Nestorian economy.
- After the rebuilding process had started, the nations began talk of keeping the United Herdom Alliance as a permanent nation, united under the Nerstoric Herdom in 7548 RH.
- The official creation of the new Nestoric Herdom was created in 7550 RH with only 4 nations left to join. The Loons and the Drinors on the main island refused and the island of Nestor Minor and Spal stayed independent.
- The Pan-Anarian war era officially ended in 7552 RH.
Unification era (7559 - 7585)
- In 7559 RH the Loons and the Drinors declared war, the only two other left on the island. The two nations were stubborn and didn't use tactics that would minimize the loss of life. The war was very deadly on both sides, often more deadly than expected due to the introduction of new weapons.
- In 7561 RH, the new Nestoric Herdom power on the island was tested during the peace talk between the Loons and the Drinors. After long talks, later the same year, both nations agreed to join the Nestoric Herdom.
- Between 7561 RH and 7567 RH the Nestoric Herdom underwent a unification process uncluding talking to Spallar and Crontol. In 7566 RH, Spallar and Crontol officially joined the Nestoric Herdom.
- Soon after Spallar and Crontol joined the Nestoric Herdom, the Nestoric Herdom offically ended its isolation policy that refused most interaction with the outside world. This was done to keep other religions out but the recent conflicts showed that the international stage could no longer be ignored. This happenend 7567 RH.
Economic era (7585 - 7659)
- The second Wolgos war started in 7585 RH but the Nestoric Herdom was not directly involved. Instead the nation focused on producing weapons for its friends like Livaria. This war helped the Nestorian economy grow greatly and the GRI was the fasted growing company in Nestor for decades to come. Some started to fear of a monopoly by the GRI in Nestor however this was mostly ignored.
- In order to keep the economic boost going, the nation invested heavily into internal competition between the current 13 states.
- In 7603 RH, the Wolgos scourge and this opened the nation further up for international cooperation further improving its economy. The nations started making international deals with Cassia, Livaria, Arvor and continiued trading with Atregonia.
- Between 7603 RH and 7659 RH, the nation of Nestor had it economy increased by 592%.
