Ekaterina Viktorovna Popova is an Arvorian politician and the 14th President of the Arvorian Democratic Republic. As such, she serves as the country's head of state. She was elected to office in 7681 and re-elected in 7686. Prior to taking office as chief of state, Popova served four terms in the Congress of People's Deputies and before that was a military medical doctor and is retired from service with the Arvorian Air Force.
