Ekaterina Viktorovna Popova is an Arvorian politician and the 14th President of the Arvorian Democratic Republic. As such, she serves as the country's head of state. She was elected to office in 7681 and re-elected in 7686. Prior to taking office as chief of state, Popova served three terms in the Congress of People's Deputies and prior to that was a medical doctor and is retired from service at the Sevestroma Central Clinical Medical Centre and the Arvorian Air Force.
