The International Council of Nations (ICoN) is a prominent intergovernmental organization based in Telepon, Gotha. It has a core mission to maintain global peace and security, foster friendly relations among nations, encourage international cooperation, and coordinate the actions of member states.
ICoN is known for its significant size, worldwide recognition, extensive international representation, and influential role in international affairs. While headquartered in Telepon, it also has offices in various countries across Gotha. ICoN is dedicated to strengthening international relations and ensuring a peaceful and prosperous future.
Structure
The organizational framework of ICoN encompasses individual diplomatic missions representing each member country. Within this structure, every member nation appoints a delegate to serve on ICoN's Committee of the Whole, reflecting a diverse range of voices and perspectives.
In acknowledgment of their global influence and responsibility, the great power nations maintain a permanent presence on ICoN's esteemed Security and Peace Committee. This vital committee also includes representatives hailing from each continent, duly elected by the member states within their respective regions. Such a configuration ensures a comprehensive and inclusive approach to addressing international security matters and promoting global harmony.

Bule | Bule's relationship with ICoN is strained due to its apartheid policies favoring the Aldsay over the Awawatu and others. ICoN has imposed sanctions, although not all member nations enforce them, notably Bule's southern neighbor.
Chaska | Neither a strong supporter nor a fervent adversary, Chaska uses its membership to pursue increased benefits for nations under its aegis as a founder of the Restoration Coalition. The current king, Masikallpa, is a frequent speech-giver at various headquarters.
Hergom ep swekorwos | Hergom reluctantly joined ICoN (International Council of Nations) after vehemently opposing its formation to safeguard its global influence. However, within ICoN, Hergom pursues an agenda aimed at undermining the organization, obstructing programs contrary to its interests, strategically sowing regional discord, and exerting influence over weaker nations. Hergom often conspicuously leaves its seats vacant in key forums, reflecting its derisive stance toward active participation.
Kamura | Kamura is a major participant in ICoN and one of its most internationally prominent member nations. Along with Livaria and Ithrien it forms a triarchy of maritime nations with wide military and diplomatic reach. A member of the Trans-Shangti Cooperation. Negasi | Negasi's primary objectives with ICoN are to give the country a voice in the geopolitical sphere, safeguard Negasi sovereignty, and serve as a venue for promoting international investment within Negasi. At the same time, Negasi resists unfunded mandates by ICoN and is generally wary of Security and Peace Committee actions due to the dominance of its permanent members. Since 7684, Negasi has withheld the portion of its ICoN funding contributions that are earmarked for the Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Bureau which the country views as unfairly beneficial to the major powers and discriminatory to lesser powers.
Nestor | Nestor is an active member of ICoN and they are an active member mostly involved in peacekeeping missions and humanterian aid to place where it is needed. It has a history of tense relations with other nations who have opposed it based on ideological differences.
Sokoku | Sokoku is a prominent member of the post-colonial bloc within ICoN, often opposing the imperial aspirations shown by SOC, Kamura and Livaria and their inability to limit the dangers of Wolgos presence.
Vittmark | The way the international solved the Wolgos Scourge has always put its toll on Vittmarks commitment to ICoN. While supporting the organisation's goals Vittmark most often sees ICoN's actions to be counterproductive and even self-destructive.
Yanwen | Yanwen is currently attempting to have eight separate representatives attend the sessions in equal measure, one from each of the factions. Failing this, the position is likely to remain the purview of the Civil Service. Yanwen is also currently seeking to have the "illegal blockade" against it removed. |

ICoN's sprawling complex is situated in the heart of central Telepon, within a vast park environment that was expanded over half a century ago, specifically designed to accommodate the organization's needs. Initially, ICoN was granted the prestigious Thousand Cedars palace complex, now housing the Security and Peace Committee and the Committee of the Whole. As the organization evolved and expanded, modern buildings, each reflective of its respective construction era, were thoughtfully incorporated into the complex.
ICoN takes pride in its open-door policy, welcoming the public to explore and relish the pristine beauty of the Thousand Cedars park complex. This policy not only underscores ICoN's commitment to transparency and accessibility but also allows the surrounding community and visitors to enjoy the natural splendour and historic significance of the area.
