This article lists the main political parties of Vittmark. The country has a multi-party system with numerous political parties, in which any one party has little to no chance of gaining power alone on the federal level, and parties often work with each other to form coalition. Federal Parliament has 201 seats and members are chosen through state level and federal representative elections. 100 seats are allocated through the 12 member states. All the votes that have not been represented on the district or state level are added into a national total, upon which the remaining 100 seats are allocated. Since the application of this election system, more minority political parties have been able to establish themselves in the political landscape. It also has led to new alliances at the federal level of state level and regional parties.

The situation is slightly different at state level, where political diversity is much smaller, especially in the states of Liden and Ådalen who still apply the first past the post system. Here, single party majorities have occurred.

At the regional and local levels, political affiliation is much less important. These institutes get elected indirectly through bottom-up elections. Local affiliation and a pragmatic approach are more important than political association. The different ideologies represented in parties on state and federal levels do not play an important part in decision making at the local level. Still, many local representatives will eventually announce a political affiliation, especially if the have an ambition to run for public office at state or federal levels.

Equality Syndicate (Iämlikhet I)

This party advocates for social and economic equality through innovative and proactive economic policies. They propose a "Basic Opportunities Dividend" that ensures every citizen has access to essential services and opportunities. They also focus on creating cooperative and community-owned enterprises. Internationally, the party is affiliated with the Orderist ideology, but in Vittmark it does not present itself as an Orderist party. It has direct roots to the Folkrörelsen party established in 7566, which at the time was an outright Häverist party. During the Pan-Stoldavian War, that party got banned and the predecessor to Equality Syndicate was founded by reformed Häverists. This history is still held against the party, but hasn't prevented them from becoming one of the largest on a federal level in Vittmark. The party uses the "=" symbol as identifier and light blue as party color.

Revival Party (Väckelsepartiet V)

The party branched off from the Loyalist Party, inspired more by Unitarian principles within the Mellanhand Orkanan tradition, becoming a movement supporting conservative values from predecessor states like Hagen, Ådalen and Liden as well as the Greater Stoldavic Empire. As a unitarian movement it is evolving into a more moderate direction since King Eilert's abdication. Eilert showed the absolutist tendencies the unitarians prefer to see in an Orkanan leader by heritage, a leader able to unite the Orkanan world in realising Vind's Master Plan, but in King Asgard the party is not seeing a similar front figure. The Revival Party still advocates state control over all sectors of the domestic economy. The party uses orange and purple as identifying colors and a stylised cornflower as a symbol. Previously the party used the trunkbull as a symbol, but widespread protests against the use of this important animal in Vittmarker culture in general for a single political party has led to a change.

Orkanan Harmony Bloc (Harmoniblocket B)

A party based on the Orkanan principle of creating with nature and not fighting against it, dedicated to environmental conservation and sustainable development. They emphasise a balance between economic growth and protecting the nation's cultural and natural resources. Founded in 7673 as a fusion between the Natural Law Party and the remaining Loyalist Party. The party identifies with the colors green and purple and uses a triangle as party symbol.

Progressive Artisans' Guild (Hantverkarskrået Framåt H)

Representing the interests of skilled craftsmen and artists, this party advocates for the preservation of arts & crafts into modern times. They support policies that provide funding for apprenticeships, cultural events, and the integration of artistic practices into education. Traditionally, the party is against globalisation tendencies and more rooted in rural areas with smaller towns, where local and regionalbased companies play an important part in keeping up service levels. Party colors are red and white, using a crossed hammer and brush as party symbol.

Unity Connect (Enhetsförbindelse E)

Unity Connect is generally seen as a reformed unitarian political party. It has identified the urban-rural divide as the main issue preventing a cohesive Orkanan society, before focusing on gathering non-Orkanans under a unitarian banner. The divide needs to be addressed by promoting community-led development projects. They emphasise the importance of empowering local communities to address their unique challenges, whether it's through infrastructure improvements, healthcare access, or education initiatives. While the party is aiming at the urban-rural divide, it still is established more in urban areas, where the party has been able to fill a gap created by scale growth manifesting itself in Vittmarker society. The party has been using a circle as identifying symbol, but it has gradually moved towards using the party letter "E" instead. Party colors are dark blue and yellow.

Innovation Nexus (Förnyelsesamband F)

The party sees advancing technology and scientific progress as a way to make Vittmark a global leader in innovation. It is a more progressive movement that sees the traditional guild system and Orkanan principles stand in the way of economic progress as a basis for higher quality of life. The party has its roots in the south and the former regional Sörmarkspartiet, where the depletion of coal supplies and closing of ron mines and smelters has left an enormous impact. The movement has caught on in traditional manufacturing cities and harbours, but it is a minority movement in those places as well. Innovation Nexus comes closest to an outright capitalist ideology of the major parties in Vittmark. Party color is bright pink and the symbol used a keyhole.

Western Alliance (Västförbundet A)

The only regionalist party represented the federal level is the Aldsay minority party of Austland West Hagen. It centers its ideology around preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of the minority within Vittmark. The party places significant emphasis on the preservation and celebration of Aldsay traditions, language, and cultural practices, often also connected to Sunnist Orkanan. It strongly supports bilingual education initiatives. The party recognises the need for economic development in regions with an Aldsay presence, advocating for policies that support local businesses and sustainable agriculture. It seeks to create a political space where the unique needs and aspirations of the minority community can be acknowledged and addressed within the broader framework of Vittmarker society. Party colors are black and white, party symbol a stylized version of the Sunnist temple in Skara with its two towers. Choosing a party symbol of a building outside Austland West Hagen is a deliberate move to show that the Aldsay minority party sees its future within the framework of Vittmark.
