The North Anarian Air Defence System, most commonly abbreviated to PASPO in Livarian or NAADS in Hallish, is an integrated air defence command and control network combining radars, static and mobile air and missile defence systems and other facilities across four participating nations in North Anaria. The participants of the PASPO are Auresia, Livaria, Nestor and Vittmark. The central command and control headquarters of the PASPO is located at Kalynivka in Livaria, home to the at Livarian Air Force's Home Air Defence Command.

The modern PASPO was declared operational in 7682, but the programme has its origins in the 7670s under a Livarian initiative to contain the perceived Orderist threat posed by the Stolvic Commonwealth, specifically Helreich. The Livarian concept sought to bring multiple anti-Orderist nations in the region together under a shared and mutually beneficial system that would enhance regional reconnaissance and early warning systems. The initial PASPO system introduced in 7677 enhanced intelligence sharing and integration of regional air defence and radar assets, but the expanded PASPO system rolled out in 7682 has also created an integrated command and control network. Livarian military advisers and air defence system operators provide logistical and operational support across the PASPO network, with Livarian-supplied Morchenko VB-17 and modernised Lkh-55M radars forming an important capability that enhances interoperability across the system.

The Livarian Air Force's Home Air Defence Command headquarters is located in Kalynivka, which also serves as the headquarters of the entire North Anarian Air Defence System. It also serves as the operational headquarters of the Integrated Home Air Defence Network (IDMPO), which is Livaria's integrated air defence system within PASPO. The IDMPO operates thirteen Remote Radar Station (DRSs) across Metropolitan Livaria, including seven Morchenko VB-17 and six modernised Lkh-55M radars, all of which report back to the Control Centre at Kalynivka. However, Livaria's IDMPO also integrates naval air defence assets into its network, and by extension that of the PASPO system more broadly. These so-called 'outer layer home air defence nodes' work in tandem with the 'inner layer home air defence nodes' operating on land. As the leading military partner in the PASPO, Livaria is unique in operating a Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) at Lityn-Podilska airbase, which by extension provides early warning capabilities to the wider system.
