Exemplar Gacha is a Mellanhand Orkanan exemplar registered in 7578 at Herkulla and 7580 at Grönkulla by representatives of the Fjällsta Stift. Gacha, whose family name is unknown, lived from about 7096 to 7184 on present day Kakurishima (Carlsö), Mirei, Sokoku. He is generally considered of the founding father of the Kakuri community who partially converted to Mellanhand Orkanan in the 7570's. He was born as lower administrative nobility in the Tsuki Integrality, survived the Julian Event on the island and formulated the basis for society for the few remaining Tsuki on the island into the Kakuri society. He was himself not Orkanan, but his biography still was deemed exemplary enough for registration.

At the time of registration, it was highly controversial and mainly seen as a political move to integrate the Kakuri community into the state of Vittmark, not in the least due to the strong personal ties between the royal family of Vittmark and the Kakuri leadership. But later studies of his biography and Kakuri culture have led to a more moderate view, where his achievements in saving the written version of the Kakuri language, his leadership during a time of crisis and his basic lay-out for Kakuri society and its only settlement Toshi-bu have been interpreted as valuable contributions to the realisation of Vind's Master Plan. The fact that the Kakuri played a role in the formation of Sokoku in a way that safeguarded the presence of Orkanan within that nation has been used as some form of confirmation in hindsight that the founder of the Kakuri society unknowingly played a role in the establishment of Orkanan in the region.

As good as nothing is known about his private live, his parents are unknown and in his biography there is no talk of a spouse nor off-spring. The biography starts at the Julian Event, where Gacha survives the tsunami by clinging on to a rock with one hand while with the other preventing a girl or young woman from being dragged back into the sea. The biography ends with the foundation of the Kuru as guardians of his legacy and work at his funeral ritual. Up to today, the local Kakuri police force is still called Gacha Kuru and as such a direct continuation of this institute.

Gacha's biography has been translated into 32 languages and at least 3 movie picture adaptations have been made. The popular Sokokan TV-series "Under His Shadow" is a spin-off of the latest movie from 7685, now entering its 7th season. It is set in the 7180's in a fictional Kakuri community with strong Tsuki roots. But in Mellanhand Orkanan, he is generally considered a fringe exemplar with a very local following in Sokoku.
