Court and Justice system designed by Hergom to implement the H2elyolegom (Human Code), A minimal court system consisting of three thousand state appointed judges and eighty thousand legal clerks to serve the justice needs for 147 million human subjects of Hergom. A system characterised by Wolgos judges using Wolgos clerk reviews and recommendations to expedite ruling, hearings and rulings notoriously completed on an average of twenty minutes and in some cases as low as five minutes.
