Court and Justice system designed by Hergom to implement the H2elyolegom (Human Code), A minimal court system consisting of three thousand state appointed judges and eighty thousand legal clerks to serve the justice needs for 147 million human subjects of Hergom. A system characterised by Wolgos judges using Wolgos clerk reviews and recommendations to expedite ruling, hearings and rulings notoriously completed on an average of twenty minutes and in some cases as low as five minutes. Justice noted by foreign observers to be strictly adhering to the Wolgos developed procedural manuals for the human code, noted as a box ticking exercise that pays no attention to mitigating circumstances or humane factors. The system is designed to reduce its toll on the finances of the state who sees itself burdened by ICoN to provide a free to access justice system for humans which contradicts the philosophies of the Wolgos own justice system, as such it is woefully underfunded from an international perspective.
