The Jami'an Tsaro (lit. Civil Guard), commonly Tsaro, is the national police force of Negasi. It is civilian law enforcement agency of the Ministry for Public Safety.
Duties
The Tsaro are charged with order maintenance functions. They routinely accomplish this by patrolling their areas of responsibility.

Equipment
