It encompasses the entire region of Kupeya (called Khrupeva by the Wolgos), which includes the South pole, as well as the southernmost part of Tzeraka (called Therakha by the Wolgos). The nation recently celebrated its centenary anniversary, marking the foundation of the state after the dissolution of the Bind and Dhownolgos. Its establishment followed the conclusion of the Pan Oceanic War and the subsequent Second Great Wolgos Trek.
