Template documentation
The {{ref link}} template provides a superscript footnote link to a footnote for an article. Although not required, it is usually used with the {{ref}} template to provide the text for the footnote.
Usage

Parameters

Designator | String | Required | Footnote number or note designator; should match the designator in the reference or footnote |

Name | String | Required | The reference or footnote name to provide a link to the actual reference or footnote; used back from the link from the reference or footnote |
Examples

→ Sample text.1
When used in conjunction with {{ref}}, the reference links back to the article footnote and displays as:
- 1. Sample reference citation
