The Information Telegraph Organisation of Arvor (Информационная телеграфная организация Арвора, ИТОА or ITOA) is the national public broadcasting service of Arvor. It is a state-owned enterprise.

ITOA was founded by the National Broadcasting Act of 7570 RH, as the socialist nation's primary news broadcasting service. It is one of the world's oldest national broadcasters. It was one of the first broadcasters to offer telescreen service (in 7628 RH) and would herald the launch of the world's first high-definition telescreen service in 7688 RH.

ITOA operates on license from the People's Government and is under the regulatory authority of the Ministry of Culture. The Congress of People's Deputies reviews and renews the act authorising its license every five years. It has nine telescreen and four radio broadcasting arms, each dedicated to specific types of programming. Each of the arms has broadcasts on numerous channels, ensuring citizens always have choice when it comes to watching the programmes of preference.

Broadcasting begins every morning at 0600 hours. A 1kHz tone sounds for two minutes, followed by the announcement (for example), "This is ITOA Home Service. The time is 0600 hours. We will now begin today's programming."

Similarly, every evening at 2300 hours, when the final programme concludes, an announcement will play (for example), "This is ITOA Two. The time is 2300 hours. This concludes our programming for today. We will see you tomorrow morning at 0600 hours. Good evening." The Arvorian national anthem, Banners of Red, then plays followed by the 1 kHz tone which sounds for two minutes.
