Huilcasonco — formally the Necrocracy of Huilcasonco (Pachap Huilcasonqop Ayasupana), or PHA — is a nation-state located in eastern D’Runia. Huilcasonco occupies the western portion of the XX Strait, an essential shipping lane that provides the country with much-needed external commerce, and contains territory that was once part the empires of of Auresia and Livarya. A middling power with reasonable connections, Huilcasonco is notable as being the only country on Gotha where death (or more precisely interpretation of the words of the dead) is a requirement for political position.
