Military of Einhafan
The Penrish Armed Forces, known as "Y Lluoedd Arfog Penrheig" in Hallish, constitute the military power in Penryn since the conclusion of the Second Civil War in 7543-44. This military is organized into three main divisions: the Army, the Navy, and the Airship Division. The Navy stands as the largest division in terms of size and influence, while the Airship Division is comparatively smaller in both funding and personnel.
History
During the monarchy and constitutional monarchy eras of the Kingdom of Penrhyn and Iseldir, the country's military was named "Y Byddin Brenhinol Penrheig a Iseldig," translating to "The Royal Penrish and Islis Army." This military consisted of two divisions: land and sea, with the land division incorporating airships as well. The army predominantly sided with the monarchy during the Second Civil War, although its strength diminished as the war neared its end. Following the war's conclusion in 7543, the new armed forces emerged, using much from the old army including ranks, offices, bases, and equipment, albeit with a new oath. A considerable portion of the recruits into this new force originated from the rebel factions. Since its reestablishment, the primary focus of the armed forces has been safeguarding Penryn's waters against foreign naval incursions and securing the nation's land borders.
Divisions
Navy: The Penrish Navy's history dates back to the union of the Kingdom of Penrhyn and the Kingdom of Iseldir in 6950. Army: The Penrish Army, similarly, traces its origins to the same union in 6950. Airship Division: Founded in 7505 as a subdivision of the "Land" Division of the Royal Penrish and Islis Army, the Airship Division was initially small. However, by the end of the Civil War in 7543, it became a separate division with responsibilities including airspace policing, as well as issuing licenses to private balloon, airship, and glider pilots. Ranks
The Penrish Armed Forces are organized into various ranks, contributing to the structure and hierarchy of the military establishment.
