Guðfrøðr av Rygír is a prince of Aedeland.
Early life
Guðfrøðr was born at Ærilar's Áræði birthing cener in 7683. His father, Guðfrøðr inn Eldri, is the only son of Arnsteinn av Rygír, fourth dynastic Fører of Aedeland, and at the time the elder Guðfrøðr's was civil servant in service to the Styðja. His mother is Sieglinde, daughter of the ancient and noble Balles of Ærilar. Following a scandalous divorce soon after his birth, Guðfrøðr's father renounced his claims to join the ancient Holy Order of Aetherion and Guðfrøðr was sent to live with his paternal grandfather, Hrodebert.
