Kopparland is a member state of Vittmark, located between Ådalen and Liden but also bordering Östervallen and Kulla. It was formed in 7610 as a result of a state reform carried out by Queen Tovemor as a fusion between Kram, the city state of Kopparbruk and Kletudderland. The predecessor states were formed as federal territories in 7564 as a buffer between Ådalen and Liden. The region always has had a population divided between the Iunsala and Månsta Stifts, as well as som more independant places like Sandsala and the corporate city of Kopparbruk.
