Biography
Prince Marcus Vettius Decus,, Duke of Jelumbria, was born on 17th June 7528. He is a prominent member of the Anisora Anisoran Imperial Family. He held the esteemed position of First Lord High Admiral Anisoran (or "Primo Padrone Alto Ammiraglio" in Anisoran) of the Anisoran Imperial Navy.
Prince Marcus was the younger sibling of the Anisoran Emperor Marius III. On 3rd October 7557, after the demise of his uncle, Lucius Raphael Decus, Marcus was chosen for the position of the brother-elect. He steered the Imperial Navy for a span of 14 years, donning the honorary rank of Admiral of the Fleet.
Marcus belonged to the eminent Imperial House of Decus.
