Biography
Colonel Cecil Anstice was born on June 10, 7529, in Fygate, Aedeland, to Leading Seaman Ander Anstice and Jane Marshall, who was the estranged sister of Lord James Marshall. The love affair between his parents caused significant controversy among the elite families of Aedeland, as Lady Jane Marshall was considered one of the most desirable young ladies of her time.
Tragically, Cecil's father was killed at sea during the Pan-Anarian War. Following his father's death, his uncle, Lord James Marshall, arranged for Cecil's appointment to the prestigious Rikrigsskolen. Cecil Anstice served honorably during the final years of the Pan-Anarian War, earning the prestigious ''Ælfheltemot'' decoration for merit.
After the war, Anstice was assigned to Aldsegian South Tzeraka, where he commanded the Imperial Tzarakan Rifles at Fort Amotekun. His leadership and distinguished service in the region eventually led to his appointment as the Stratholder of Nibia on May 2, 7571.
