Aleksandr Antonovich Belikov was an Arvorian economist, historian, political theorist, and politician who served as the first Premier of the Arvorian Democratic Republic. Through his seminal works, In the Cause of the People and Labour and Dignity, he formed the socialist movement and inspired and led the reformation of the Commonwealth of Free Peoples into the modern Democratic Republic. He is remembered by history as the "Father of Socialism" and the "Father of Socialist Arvor".
Belikov's ideas and their subsequent development, collectively known as Belikovism, have had enormous influence on modern intellectual, economic and political history.
