| The KBR is headquartered in the Gorbunov Building on Lobachevsky Square in the Domodedovo district of [[Cherenovsk]]. | The KBR is led at its pinnacle by its chairman. They are assisted in their duties by three deputy chairmen, who directly oversee the three main departments of the organisation. All four officials are appointed by the premier with the approval of the [[Congress of People's Deputies]]. These four officials meet regularly with the department chiefs to discuss important matters, set key policy, and in times of emergency engage with the political leadership in formulating responses to events of national concern or interest.
