| Prince Marcus Vettius Decus,, Duke of Jelumbria, was born on 17th June 7528. He is a prominent member of the Anisora Anisoran Imperial Family. He held the esteemed position of First Lord High Admiral Anisoran (or "Primo Padrone Alto Ammiraglio" in Anisoran) of the Anisoran Imperial Navy.
