There is a hierarchy within the Dredjen. A man begins as an urasti (a mere thief). If successful, he may be promoted to pistolje (pistol), then to silom (enforcer). A select few rise to the rank of duznosti (lieutenant). The highest rank within any clan is imati (boss). Although several men have attempted it, no imati has ever succeeded in uniting all the clans under a single leadership to become the kral od urasti (king of thieves).
Kuca - Clans
There are seven major kuca (clans) within the Dredjen. These clans are in a constant state of undeclared war with one another, although open conflict is rarely carried out unless an Imati declares an osvetta (feud) against another clan.
Sekik Kuca - Hammer Clan
- Ranking: 3rd most powerful Dredjen Kuca in the Dominion
- Location: Centered on the capital of Velgrade. In the last five years, the Sekik have spread north and south along the coast as far as Berek and Strumograve, respectively, and inland along the Highlands Road as far as Navapozed.
- Illegal Activities: Theft, import and export of drugs, prostitution, extortion, murder, and human trafficking.
- Cover Operations: The Sekik operate several legitimate businesses, including gentlemen’s clubs, casinos, laundromats, a trucking company, and a small shipping firm.
