The Treaty of Yodhiwa, also known as the Phasian Canals Treaty, is an intragovernmental treaty formulated within the framework of International Council of Nations (ICoN), concerning the security of the canals connecting the Phasian Ocean to open waters beyond, located in Raia and Tharna respectively. The signing of the treaty laid the groundwork for the Open Seas Security Organisation, an international alliance tasked with protecting the security of the world's waterways through military means if required.
The treaty is considered by its signatories to be a further addition to the commitments of the Taumakan Open Seas Treaty. Ultimately the Treaty of Yodhiwa provided the international legal framework for the military interventions of the First and Second Coalition Wars.
