Talpå is Vittmark's second largest city and port, located in the state of Ådalen. Until 7523, Talpå functioned as an independent city state under the leadership of the Fisks stims, but as a result of the Pan-Anarian War both Hagen and Ådalen wanted to control the important harbour on the mouth of the Talpeå river. The city is the main manufacturing, trading and shipping hub for the western half of Vittmark with good connections further south and west as well.
